About me

Experienced HR manager with international HR expertise

  • HR Director with extensive knowledge in the fields of international human resources management, employee relations, restructuring and capacity adjustment, talent management (recruiting, succession planning and employee development), global employee and organizational leadership, and broad general management experience.
  • Over 30 years of experience in human resources management within industrial sectors (production, engineering, sales, research and development) and the consumer goods industry, including automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) – both in medium-sized enterprises and corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to integrate employees during strategic and organizational changes and to manage the corresponding adjustment processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both German and English, an international mindset, and strong intercultural competence.
  • Expertise in collaboration with employee representatives (works councils, European works councils) and trade unions, as well as in implementing compliance regulations such as data protection (GDPR). Extensive legal knowledge and experience, including long-standing service as an honorary judge at the Labor Court.
